TECHNOLOGY
The forefoot gridwork pattern provides movement on impact enhancing shock absorption and rebound.
The inside of shoe next to your heel bone is a softer density foam that forms under pressure to cradle and stabilize your rearfoot. As you wear the shoes, the overall drop will settle from 6mm to 3mm. This allows the foot to land more parallel to the ground for a more efficient natural running gait.
SIZING
Women's sizes 6-9 are running a half size small. We recommend going up a half size from you normal running shoe size.
Men's 11.5-13 are running a half size big. We recommend sizing down a half size.
